Import Vacation Balances from Accrual Report

Upload the accrual report (.xlsx) directly from payroll. The pay period date will be read from the filename automatically — confirm or adjust it before applying.

Enter the physician's current vacation bank and the date it was last verified. Leave blank if unknown; the bank will start at 0 hrs from the hire date.

Calendar configuration

Start and end dates fall back to the global defaults in airtable.js if left blank. Numeric fields fall back to the category default if left blank.

This will reset all physicians to Pending and permanently clear all submitted schedule requests and calendar selections. This cannot be undone.
